The Broken Arrow Arts and Humanities Council presents the Tuesdays in the Park concert series.  Every Tuesday in June this fun-filled event provides great music with different bands and different music genres each year at Broken Arrow’s Central Park.  Come enjoy the local food vendors, bring your lawn chair and enjoy music as Broken Arrow welcomes you into their backyard in this beautiful park setting.

Rich Fisher passed through KWGS about thirty years ago, and just never left. Today, he is the general manager of Public Radio Tulsa, and the host of KWGS’s public affairs program, StudioTulsa, which celebrated its twentieth anniversary in August 2012.

Rich is currently the principal trombonist of the Signature Symphony at TCC, leads the Starlight Jazz Orchestra, and is a free-lance musician whose work ranges from the pit of touring Broadway musicals, to the salsa band, Grupo Salsabor.

He will be collecting talented musicians from these sources to bring us Big Band sounds for the June 14, 2016 concert.
